Pretty close location to the University and reasonably priced.

Unfortunately, most of the other hotels in the area were booked up for this weekend except this one and the price was good considering how much others were charging for this particular weekend. But I will never stay here again, dirty, very dirty! Room was in very poor conditions, mold on the wall, light switch didn’t work I am assuming it’s because of all the mold around it. Roaches in the room. The AC was filthy, shower still had hair from previous guests, bed sheets still had hair (makes me wonder if they even wash the bed sheets between guests). Never staying here again!

Location was good for me. Other than the refrigerator leaking just a little bit and having only one light which was between the beds. It was quiet for a change. I would have liked more options at Breakfast other than waffle and plain muffins. But All and all I enjoyed my stay. I will visit again just would like to pay less. $100 plus a night is high in my book.I think Total Cost after taxes should be around $60-70 if that were the case you would see my money more often

The first room smelled of cigarettes and marijuana, the bathroom was dirty, and the sheets on the beds had not been changed. I walked back to the lobby to ask for a change, the staff was SUPER FRIENDLY, but the cleanliness left a lot to be desired. The second room was not as dirty as the first but it still had not been cleaned properly. It's a shame, it has a good location and the staff is super friendly. On the day of departure we went to the bathroom in the lobby, it was incredible how dirty it was, there was paper on the floor, it was disgusting. I would not stay there again even for free. NOTE TO STAFF: find another place to work.

There was a homeless man that tried to open my door and I slightly opened the door to talk to him he pushed my door opened and I had to slam it so he wouldn’t get in. I called front desk to notify them and all they said was “ok”
