We took one look at the rooms and did not stay at this hotel. We waited at a lock front door for 20 minutes before someone even came. Would not recommend this hotel.

When I checked in ..the room did not smell fresh.i killed 2 roaches.th tv screen was cracked.... we checked in late and there were people outside walking and talking...my kids were crying ..they did not feel safe there...but it was very late...so therefore we slept there all together on 1 queen bed..because they wanted to sleep next to me..they didn't wanted to sleep on the other bed..
The next day I booked another hotel with booking.com to stay..we checked in at Delta by Marriott.. here it was clean and safe..
I checked out the day after from Red Roof because I was too exhausted to go back....I didn't sleep the night before..because my kids were so afraid..I just wanted to rest at Delta by Marriot
Let me know If I can get partially something refunded, because I paid 2 hotels at booking.com for my stay at Orlando because we didn't feel safe and the room smelled. Or let me know where to claim. I couldn't mail sooner..because when I came back to Aruba.. I had to work inmediatly..my email is nathie_loefstop@yahoo.com

Made reservations through booking and paid via PayPal. Arrived at the hotel 3hours later and was told there was no reservation even though they charged my account and I had a confirmation number. Woman at the counter was very rude with me and said if I wanted to stay I would have to pay AGAIN. Unfortunately I needed the room for a measly 4hrs so I was charged twice for a 4hr stay and never was refunded my first payment because “booking couldn’t get ahold of redwoof” to verify that I was denied room. Will never stay at another red roof again, or book through booking.com
