The room had a lot of cockroaches, the bed sheets were stains, bathroom was dirty, asked the front desk clerk for help, she told me they will review the room, but they did nothing, and thank good that was an upgrade. Areas around the hotel had a lot of poop from dogs because is a Pet friendly hotel. Pool was dirty as well, and one of the access door to my floor didn’t worked, had to use the farthest one. Great location and price but won’t be staying again on those hotel, this is way below 1 Star.

The location is pretty good, really close to restaurants, Icon Park and International Drive.
Negatives:
The room was dirt, some pieces of the wood in the restroom were broken, there were a lot of roaches, which I brought home with me and now I have to pay for a pest control to come and solve this. There were some dark spots in the bed sheets, too. People are not supposed to smoke in the rooms, but you will easily find people smoking in the stairs and even smoking marijuana in front of the hotel. I was frustrated for the high amount that I paid for a 3 night stay in a hotel room completely different from the photos! Bonus: You can't lock the door because it just won't fit the lock spot.
