Staff was incredibly unfriendly and uninviting and I was disrespected by them and locked out of the front entrance despite frequently being there in the past with others as their guest and staying myself under my personal account. It is also against the fire code to lock your front street side entrance to the public when you also have improper fire lanes in addition. And a bus plus publicly rented transit options are at your front walk way. I am also a diabetic and was denied the restroom in addition to having a booking and trying to. Checkin with my phone and link my bonviy account but only being allowed to sit for literally a moment in the lobby plugged in attempting to do so with my luggage before I was disrespected and threatened off the property. To which you still billed me for the stay and I never even was permitted the chance to stay there. So you practically robbed me. And violated the American With Disability act as well as for your personal records there so you can get your property up to code you have improper fire lanes and you cannot close your front door entrance anytime of the day or night like you do in lock people out that is against the fire marshal code it's not when you have public transit at your front door and you have a bus stop right there even though it's not posted correctly so just so you know I'm a nice person and I've already said that to your staff that's rude once. And you also have no fire Lanes if they even needed to enter by the way.

That you still build me ruined one of my bank accounts doing so over and over again and I still didn't even get to stay there because you rushed me off the property before I could get checked in at the things you would let me plug my phone in all enough to do it since everything is now digital. Oh and I'm diabetic and you wouldn't even let me use the restroom which is against the American with disabilities act.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel! The gentleman with the blond hair at the front desk was incredibly professional and friendly. He swiftly handled the check-in process and made me feel warmly welcomed. Not only him, but the rest of the staff were also fantastic. The amenities provided were top-notch, and the breakfast was a real treat. The cleanliness of the hotel, as well as the attentive housekeeping, really stood out to me. I have to say, everything was just perfect during my stay. Thank you so much for such a great experience!
