Location, breakfast, towels and linens were all very good, comfortable & clean! Also was pleasantly surprised by the kitchenette in the room.

The maintenance felt shabby. A/C closet was leaking onto the carpet by the bed which felt so gross, some tub fixtures and caulking were broken & sloppy which also contributed to the room feeling a little gross. One of the tvs in the room was old.

Staff was rude at check in, our room was next to the elevator and was very noisy at all times, our sink was clogged.

. I am handicap and have service dog, the fee is $150 . I explain to them I never paid cuz is a service dog. They question my disability and then found that it wasnt a true disability (in their opinion) and I still had to pay the fee. Not right
