The suite was okay. Breakfast was great but it got busy. Great location. They have shuttles to major parks.

The pull out sofa was sunk in the middle. We could not sit on it comfortably. The pool closed at 9pm. The hallways smelled like a combination of mast and cooked food.

Positives:
I always booked with Marriott brands specially Residence inn because it has a fully functioning kitchen suitable for group vacations. The rooms were clean. It was a busy week during Memorial weekend. Plenty of breakfast options: bagels, bread, eggs, sausages, waffle etc.
Negatives:
When we checked in at 10pm, pillows didnt have pillow cases, no towels, face cloth and rags in the 2 bathrooms. They must have forgotten to replace it.

They were very friendly and quick to fix things. Complementary coffee in the hallway was very much appreciated. Location was great, very close to a lot of restaurants. Better gym than most hotels.

The pool closes early. My shower drain was clogged when I arrived but they were quick to fix it.

Friendly staff. Good breakfast options. Pool was clean and attended too often. All trash was emptied continuously, which kept the property clean and tidy. General Manager came out to check on the guests to ensure their stay was going well. Overall wonderful property. I will stay there again

Nice looking hitel. The suite was roomy. The staff was friendly. The price was great. But there was a $25/night vehicle charge that was not disclosed. The area was great. Around restaurants, shops & Disney.

The mattresses were horrible. We had a 2 bedroom suite. All the mattresses were bowed in the middle. Very uncomfortable. Under my daughter's bed were cigarette butt's. The vehicle charge should be explained at checkout. Needs cosmetic updating.
