The staff is friendly and helpful, the rooms are spacious and clean, the location is near many things and the price is very reasonable.
Negatives:
I really have nothing negative to say from all my stays but if I had to say something I would say if you park far from building B and a parking spot gets available closer, you can’t drive back to park, you have to go all around and back in the front gate again. Ty

The elevator was quick.

There were bugs on the walls. Housekeeping came in and cleaned our room and used our toilet and stunk the entire room up. The interstate traffic noise was awful.

The sit down breakfast was delicious and the waiter/waitress were professional and friendly. The gift shop was wonderful also and the prices was fair. The check in was easy and fast no waiting on line for a long period.

There was nothing i did not like. Our stay was good and wonderful. We love it and we are planning another trip. The room and pool very clean and the bed was confortable and the pillow puffy. we love it.

The room was clean and comfortable and it was in a good location. Good sized fridge.

I didn't like that the rooms open directly out onto a corridor. I didn't like the strong smell of cannabis on the stairwells. I didn't like the decor of the rooms. They were quite dated. A freezer compartment would have been a great addition to the fridge

Positives:
It was within walking distance of a lot of restaurants and amenities, and there was an I-Ride trolley stop in front of the property. Even though it wasn’t free, the breakfast buffet had good offerings and it was a good option for several days of our stay. We also liked having the convenience store on site. We were glad to have a room in one of the buildings close to the lobby. We had friends in one of the farther buildings and it was a pain for them to get to the lobby for food or to catch Uber rides.
Negatives:
1) It was loud in the evenings
2)The laundry facilities were inadequate for the number of rooms it served- there were 3 washers and 3 dryers, but one of each not working, so basically 2. It took me about 3 hours to get a dryer and get my clothes dried; I had to keep going up and down the stairs to check on availability. (Or wait forever for the elevator). I guess I got my exercise that day. The detergent dispenser ate one of my tokens and apparently I got the last box of detergent because the guy who came in after me was out of luck.
3) No water pressure in the shower
4) No carafe for the coffee maker
