Positives:
Comfortable room with all kitchen amenities. Enough space for 2 adults and 2 kids. Great coffee in the morning, and the staff in the coffee booth was exceptionally friendly. Great location for doing Walt Disney World. Also the surrounding restaurants and shops are very convenient.
Negatives:
Pull out sofa mattress is only suitable for little children. Any adult will have a sore back lying on that. The bathtub was clogged after 2 minutes of showering - my husband though always forgot about telling the receptionist.

I like how the rooms were equipped with everything needed to enjoy our stay. Pots and pans, even a broom and dustpan were all in the room upon arrival and we appreciated not having to call the front desk. Also, Lucia who cleaned our room did a fantastic job.
Negatives:
The exterior of the property was an eye sore in many areas. Seemed like the property had many unfinished repairs to the outer walls of various buildings.

Nice pool and hot tub setup, outside seating with gas fire pits.
Negatives:
Gym is tiny, barely fits two people and was dirty. Upstairs suite kept waking us up with their thumping and loud talking, but only the last night.

The rooms were nice. Hot tub & pool.

No hand towels or skillets in kitchen. No elevators. No pool toys at the pool even though there is a spot they’re offered. Paint peeling at pool. Duck tape over things at the pool. Found trash in bed when we were leaving & taking sheets off the bed. 2 of the sheets felt fine and new. The other sheets were rough and worn. The hotel also wouldn’t let us check in early unless we paid additional money. We constantly travel and this has never been an issue.
