Positives:
I loved that it was attached to the mall and had the starbucks located on the first floor. The parking lot was fairly close the hotel. And the room was clean.
Negatives:
The man checking me in was super nice and answered all my questions. But the woman when we were checking out was quite rude and snatched our card from us. She just seemed to be in a bad mood. Also the room seemed a little small for the price. We had just stayed at the Marriott which was cheaper but had more amenities in the room. Such as a two burner stove and dishwasher. The hotel is really pretty just wished it was little more upscale for the price.

We loved everything about our stay. We got a great last min deal and only paid $175 for 3 nights. The staff was very friendly. The bell men were wonderful and always helpful. We brought our service dog, and they welcomed her.

Hi I wanna start off by saying the staff was absolutely wonderful , went up to the room and quickly became a problem , dirty floors and corners with looks to be cockroach feces and stains on sheets and much more , I took care of that problem my self so wasn’t a huge deal but then missing fire sprinklers in the room which I took pictures of is a pretty big safety concern , then at 4am I woke up to my daughter screaming , upon flipping on a light I was a cockroach, crawling around her neck and face which that is what absolutely pisses me off , not acceptable at all and I let the front desk know and the only response I got was we will do a better job the next time you stay which doesn’t do anything for me , not acceptable
