Attached to the mall, thats why we booked it. Very easy to walk. Reception staff was very good, managed to check us in early (Thank you Nicki!). Complementary water bottles and coffee/tea. Enough charging options via USB. Overall rooms were fine.
Negatives:
Nothing else close to the hotel, you cannot really go for a walk in the evening. Cleaning was a bit spotty, sometimes the rooms were not cleaned. Super slippery bathrooms

Location. We were taking my grandchildren to the American Girl Store and then to Crayola.
Negatives:
There wasnt a gift shop! That might sound odd because the hotel is attached to a gigantic mall but I needed diapers for my 2 year old grandson at 7am and the mall didnt help.

Location! Close enough to Epcot and connected to Florida mall. And several good restaurants in walking distance, for instance Miller's Ale House, which I strongly recommend.

Perfect location and excellent service, as well as value for money

Loved that it is a true resort and that you don't really need to leave the property. Restaurants, shopping, pool, and everything else is right onsite.
Negatives:
I didn't like that I was given a queen room with two beds instead of the king room that I booked using Booking.com. Hotel staff blamed it on the fact that I used a travel site and they couldn't change the room.
