Location of the property near to what I went there for.
Negatives:
I did not like how they was not prepared for the next guest. The communication between the desk and other team. I felt like I was not very important to be there! We did have a problem but it seems like booking took care of it. It should of been the hotel instead of booking. Lesson one always ask to see the room and check to see if everything is up to par.
