Breakfast sucks for a Marriott hotel, my car battery died and nobody could get a jump or provide me with options it was ok bye , one lady on the outside offered assistance but couldnt find any other help so I was just a nobody left to get home or something cus they sure would have charged me again for parking, i should have made a stink but not worth my aggravation Im just write a letter to the management. My fridge didnt work at the first room so they changed my room, then the tv remote didnt work very well and I didnt want to call again so we just dealt with it. Overall it was very nice, and I would recommend, cus I know things happen. But hopefully this helps make this hotel the best yet, the design inside is excellent and comfortable areas are great for sitting. Oh the shower had some stains and i didnt know what that was so I didnt go in there.
The areas for the kids game room was great too, pool was perfect temperature for the weather.

Visually Stunning, Ive seen expensive but this was very cozy.

Its a lovely place with a great pool in a great location.
Negatives:
The breakfast isnt great and the lift was broken the whole of the 10 days we were there which meant you had to queue every morning for the remaining one.

Every staff member I came in contact with was so kind and helpful. My kids loved the pool. A staff member served the hot food at breakfast, which was a nice surprise. My kids loved their Mickey Mouse waffles. The room was very spacious.

The over charging of parking of $26 a night. I do not agree that as Loyal customers have to pay so much money just to park our cars. Those are the things that are going to drive customers to find other hotels to stay.

Great location for visiting Disney Parks with good access to essential shopping close by. Hotel staff very helpful with great service throughout. Good breakfast to set you up for the day.

All hotels in this area charge parking on daily basis I would prefer this to be included in pricing instead of having to budget for the extra cost.
