The elevators were broken. Cable went out in the middle of the Stanley Cup game. We paid for breakfast with our reservation but got charged additional for juice. We didn’t like the platform beds. They are too low to the ground and difficult for tall people to stand up out of.

Everything about this place was amazing. On entry Carlos greeted me with a huge smile, check in took maybe 2 minutes and I was even able to check in half an hour early at no extra cost. The entire property was very clean. The elevators were nice and big. The room was huge, bathroom big, beds comfy, mini fridge and microwave in the room worked and was clean. I can see if the hotel is full where parking can get a little tricky especially if you stay out late but we were able to always get a spot even if it meant making one. There is a pool, looked very clean. There is a little breakfast area with limited options. It looked good but we didn't have breakfast at the hotel. There is a lot of places to sit downstairs even a library which was cool. The location was amazing, right on International drive, central to everything. 15 minutes to both Universal and Disney Springs. I would definitely recommend this hotel and will stay here the next time we are in Orlando.
