Wyndham Orlando Resort & Conference Center Celebration Area

Negatives: So many things All dirty. Scrachts towels. Midnight conflicts Dark parking. Lack of respect in the Front Desk. This could be the worst hotel in all Orlando.

Negatives: Everything

Negatives: Front desk call very late to my room , and saying that someone complained that is loud! After busy day at park , really need sleep. please find other way to check where is loud, instead waking up when ppl sleep!

Negatives: Front desk did not have information correct at time of checkin. I reserved 2 room s but they could lot find confirmation.

Negatives: Carpet smell, unable to control temp. Handicap shower could not contain water. Water ran all over the floor.

Negatives: There’s no microwave inside the room and the fireworks view is too small, the small refrigerator is too loud at night and the bathroom has no exhaust fan. So it has humidity inside the room.

Negatives: The rooms had no soundproof at all and the hotel allowed extremely loud private parties in areas close to the rooms.

Negatives: When I checked in, I did not like that I couldn’t check in face-to-face with a human being. I had to talk to somebody like it was a FaceTime call on an iPad. When I did try to check in with the person doing the FaceTime call on the IPad, she said to me I could NOT check in till 4pm. I reminded her that I paid for early check-in on Booking.com and then all of a sudden a room became available. It would be helpful if your Front Desk staff would have a map explaining how to get to your room I had no idea trying to talk to somebody on a FaceTime chat how to get to my room. I was aware of the pet fee. I had no idea it was gonna be $75 per pet per night. I had 2 dogs so not disclosing that information on the Booking.com is misleading and predatorial. The hotel looks very used and tired. The fit and finish in our room was disappointing and it looked worn out. The rubber gaskets on the door well, there was not any, so we could hear everything out in the hallway and the people in the next room, as if they were in our room. We hardly slept at night.We stayed on the fifth floor hotel guest at 2am were yelling on the phone, waking us up, playing and laughing loudly. At 4am on the same floor, we heard hotel guests verbally fighting with each other.This was our first stay and do not plan to return. The hot tub was closed. That was very discouraging. However, the pool was open. The paint job was sloppy and it looks like the Wyndham was being renovated while we were there.For $206 a night plus $150 for the pet fee plus $25 extra for early check in this hotel was sad. This was for a family members birthday. Starbucks, inside the hotel, did a great job taking my order but it took 10 minutes to get my 2nd cup of coffee. I reminded Starbucks did I miss my order and it was only then when I spoke up and they told me we are making it now. The bell hop cart was nowhere to be found till we looked around in the parking lot on the rear of the property. Please do better.
