The location was great and the staff was nice

The room we stayed in hadn't been mopped. As soon as we all got out of the shower, our feet were jet black from walking on the disgusting floor. Had to wear shoes the entire time. Was told by staff there weren't any washclothes. I had to ask multiple times for the floor to be mopped (didn't happen til late Saturday evening) and never got any washclothes. Will NEVER be back

Dirty Floors, they were disgusting. I had to clean them. I clean houses and I don't know what they use to mop the floors with, but they need something better. And the lock did not work on our room the first night somebody tried to get in our room after midnight when we were asleep. No one said that we were in our room and my teenagers were scared.

When we got to our room it smelled like mold and mildew. My husband went to the front desk because our room wasn't clean and it stunk, the lady at the front let us know that we didn't have a choice but to use that room because there wasn't another one or we would have to go elsewhere. I thought that was pretty ridiculous when there was two rooms next to us that were vacant. You could see the mold on the walls and wet spots on the walls from a water leak. We just had drove 19 hours from Ohio and we're exhausted so we stayed. The next day my husband some how dropped his wallet outside and started getting charges on his card. We went up to the front desk to ask for video footage to see what happened to find out the manager wasn't in and would get back to us. We still have not gotten a call back. The police even went up there and also was not able to see the video footage. This place is a joke.
