I didn't like that they don't change the sheets and refuses to wash dirty linens . When someone pays $69 at a night like I had to be told my room or linens won't be changed because the manager said she won't do it is a bit disturbing. Had I know that I would have gone somewhere else. The managers kids are running a muck on property along with other kids that shouldn't be allowed at the pool alone as well as telling guest who pay with service animals can not do what they are meant to do.. I expect to be able to have my service animal with me without being harassed or being told I'm wrong .. if you're not going to change my bedding or exchange my linens.. y should I stay there.. I'm on vacation.. I'm not there to change my sheets or cleany room.. that manager should be fired .. if she's worth losing Buisness then lose it .. Samantha is a horrible Manager.. she doesn't manage anything at all ! She lets pedophiles live there next to kids .. it's a disaster and a really horrible situation to happen. Numerous guests on the same day had to make a pervert leave n call the cops and it took her hours to show up. This place should be at the very least be investigated.

roach leg in foyer/checkin. filthy outside and stairwell. room fixtures didnt match or work and lights held together with electrical tape. stilltried to stay but when i took the covers off the bed had several stains and hair all over it. attendant was understanding, apologized and gave us a refund but i couldnt have my kid stay there.
