The manager didnt want to honor the previously arranged price for our dog to stay at their hotel. But she finally saw that it was in her best interest to honor the price.

The few staff that were kind were good. It had nice facilities. They made up for the one with an attitude as if she was not there to help anyone. Advise disabled do not arrive alone. Offered no help and I fell after saying I couldnt make it.

towels werent exchanged, nor place cleaned. Seven day room cleaning policy?Ew!.I extended and expected my floorswept and vacuumed, at least, and my towels exchanged. Heard persons, coughing? Flu and cold season need precautions. No bed made 5 days
