The room was nice size & clean.
Negatives:
The room faces the busy street, was very, very noisy. The door had a gap between it and the wall.
I was there for a family emergency, my sister was in ICU at hospital not expected to live. I let them know that I had 2 small dogs, was told it was a problem and there wouldn't be a charge.
I received a voice-mail the next day that my dogs were barking and that if it continued they would tell me to leave. I only left them from 7am until 1030 is am twice! I checked out a day early because I felt pressured and couldn't spend time with my sister at Gulf Coast Hospital.

Positives:
The pool was nice. Breakfast was OK.
Negatives:
The room was not clean good enough whatsoever. Huge stain on bed spread. Spiders in two of the top corners of the room. The AC unit got turned off while we were gone with our pet in the room and it got very hot in the room (do not disturb was on door)
First time we stayed at this location it was great and we loved it and came back. I can deal with a lot at a hotel BUT if you are going to charge a pretty high rate per night. Then your expectations need to be honored better then this!
