Noisy, outdated, unclean, unwelcome reception,phone in room not working. Was given connecting room even after specifically requesting non connecting. Neighbor had loud tv on all night long, I could not get any rest.Will never come back.

our room was clean, the beds were comfy, breakfast was decent and most of front desk was helpful and polite.

Unfortunately I have had a horrible experience dealing with this Hampton Inn. I have waited for a call back and asked for contact number to someone who can help me but was told by the front desk manager all I could do was leave a message for the manager. I am yet to hear from anyone.
This was an anniversary trip for us- our first in 5 years. We rarely get to do things like this due to my husband's work schedule. I am fairly easy going and worked in the travel industry for over 15 years so I understand things can happen or fall thru the cracks. However the attitude I received from the front desk manager and the lack of any kind of communication from the manager are completely unprofessional and are serious problems.
Was overcharged, AC went out, TV was blue, remote buttons didn't all work. It's been a week and I still haven't heard from manager after REPEATED requests to do so about them charging me an additional $215.
