I felt like they should of ask if I wanted my sheets changed unlike the other extended stay just from last week they ask us if they wanted that service
2nd of all their was no deposit
3rd. They treated my room like it was my own home they ask us if we needed anything like new towels or sheets they just didn’t assume I need this or that they respected myself and the room I was in like it was my home
4th the rooms smelled so bad it was like staying in a room that has no ventilation sleeping with a window open just to get the smell out

The front desk lady was the best part of this entire experience.

I booked three rooms for my family and I. We went to the rooms to find a tiny bed called a “double”. It was single, antique spring-like bed with metal frame. The term double was used to indicate it was a double queen as in every other hotel we’ve ever stayed in. We had to cancel all 3 rooms because it only slept 2, instead of 4 as we had initially planned. The lobby looked like a jail intake kind of place. It smelled like mold. We were going to stay regardless because it was late and we were all tired. Making it past the smelly hallways, we find the ridiculous tiny bed.

It was a cheap price and I was only staying there to sleep and continue driving in the morning

My partner couldn’t stand the smell, he opened his mouth once and said he could taste it. The people next to us were playing loud music for a majority of the night and when I got out of the shower I grabbed a towel that had brown stains on it
