Positives:
Outside was nice and the staff especially Christina was nice.
Negatives:
While the customer service was good and Christina was lovely, the room was a complete disappointment. The room not clean, overpriced, hotel inconvenient to get in/out of, shower curtain and tub filthy, comforter had a large stain, bathroom door falling apart. The tv was not working - we connected it correctly to work. Refrigerator rusty, microwave dirty, and top of refrigerator and microwave extremely dusty. We purchased Clorox cleaner, wipes, a cleaning brush, towels, shower curtain liner, comforter and sheets so we could feel clean and comfortable in room. We are leaving this room much cleaner than what we found it. It was a holiday weekend so couldn’t find another place. Worst experience I’ve had but we made the best of it.
