The room itself was clean and comfortable. I loved not having carpet with my service dog accompanying my husband and I.

Being a pet friendly hotel, the carpet in the hallways, stairs and even the elevator just stunk quite frankly. Like a pet store. They either need to rip up the carpet or have it professionally cleaned at least once a month.

Well, it did have hot water and what appeared to be clean towels and bedding.

The room carpet was stained and looked filthy. Noise from rooms above and adjacent continued all night. I was told there would be breakfast which resulted in a small table with a coffee machine and hot water for tea.
