There wasn't enough security cameras. Someone hit my car on the parking lot. The staff said there were no cameras in the front of the hotel where my car was parked. This ruined my trip. Especially now having to cover the repairs.

The breakfast was great! The options were plentiful each day. Check in was a breeze. Although we didn't use it, the pool looked well maintained/clean.
Negatives:
The hotel could use a deep clean- carpets were stained. The room overall felt very moist and smelled damp- our clothing smelled musty after our stay. There was no fan to use in the bathroom.

I travels 3 1/2 hours to get there . And when we got there the price was different from what was shown on booking.com .
We carried all our bags upstairs only to be given someone else room we walked in on someone else ..that was uncomfortable had to carry all our belongings back down stairs and get another room .,. Just really tiresome after traveling! But its clean & nice .

We had a good stay.
Negatives:
Could never get a hold of anybody at front desk. And the noise was ridiculous. We should have been told what was going on!! Was on the third floor and it sounded like they was coming through the roof. Then when we left that Tuesday morning I was charged for the whole reservation even when I told them why we was leaving when I did get ahold of the front desk!

Nobody at front desk to check us in. I have worked for major chains around the world, to include Marriott, and never is it acceptable for a guest to be left in limbo. Room noise was not acceptable Shower head put out minimal water. Toilet required multiple flushes.
