The hotel was super dirty, especially the floor was unwalkable barefoot, we let the reception know and they sent a person the next day but they never cleaned the floor and that same day I left with my family, disappointed with this stay I hope that in the future they will be cleaner and more careful.

There was ALOT of noise and it did not seem like a very safe location. Was difficult to sleep because of how much noise was going on around people were playing loud music in the rooms and doors were slamming constantly.

I don’t like anything about the property.
Negatives:
The building have no Internet, some of the lights doesn’t work in the room, security latch on the door is broken, the room smell of mole/musty and the washing machine and the dryer doesn’t work.
When housekeeping came to clean the room, only emptied the trashcan and left the trash on the floor and did not make the bed just left some clean towels.
Homeless people walking around the property and smoking cigarettes.

All the lights were out three did not work and it was hard to get power outlets unless I wanted to work from the bathroom sink. I had to cancel my reservation as I work remote and their WiFi was out but the team was kind and get that it’s not their fault. Ground trash cans were filled and over flowing with trash when I arrived around 5pm but were taken care of by the time I left just driving in did not give a good impression

I booked this room with some concerns. Many others online gave this particular location a low rating. Many said it was not clean and disappointing. I totally disagree. Yes, this is an older facility and some normal ware and tear was noticeable. But the room was clean and comfortable.
Negatives:
I'm disappointed that they charged me a $50 deposit that was not promptly credited back to my credit accounted. This is uncalled for and I called to inquire about the return/credit of my deposit. I was told that it takes at least 5 business days for the deposit to be returned/credited. Also, the so called "free" breakfast is a misleading statement. It was not even worth the time to consider. There were so few selections that I cannot see how they could even call this breakfast. I took one quick look and ran out the door.
