Was a fight early morning. The police went around people breakfast..someone mention fire arms involved. And the bed in my room was a big mess. Totally broken. The base was out of place. And the mattress has a hole in the middle. And when I booked. Promise me a discount that I never saw. Please check my order.

The room was definitely not Hampton in quality. I have pictures of mold on trim, mold in bathroom,bathroom sink big crack, mirror streaks, I’m usually pretty happy with Hampton inn and where we usually pick to stay this one definitely needs some maintenance.

I liked the location with the Broward Mall so conveniently close.
The breakfast was varied and delicious/tasty
The staff members were friendly and helpful especially Amrita who was superb in her willingness to advise and assist without hesitation. She was an Angel to me. Thank you so much.

The fact that the shuttle was advertised and not available. This was an advantage considered in the choice of hotels.
