Positives:
It was safe, close to everything, clean, air conditioning was strong, shower water hot, overall the hotel was quiet for as many people were there
Negatives:
You had to go downstairs if you wanted new towels each day, for toilet paper, breakfast was too many people and not enough food, the room had a strange smell, toilet wouldn't stop running

When checking in the property over sold the rooms and at 1am some guest who prepaid gor their rooms and didn't pre check in had to go find another place to sleep. Luckily I checked in because my t4ip was a last minute family emergency and filter driving 3 hours I wouldn't want that to ne me. Whst if these people had no money to pay for another room? Very bad and poor management. The front desk was do nice but purring an employee to be cursed out by guest who prepaid for their room but have to go else where is horrible management.

the most I liked about the hotel was the front desk receptionist KARLA. She was very nice, helpful, kind, and friendly. She helped us with every issue we had a problem with and made sure they we were OK. *guest from 218* Thank you Karla!

The only thing that went well was that I was in walking distance to the soccer field. Breakfast was cold , flies everywhere. Roaches around the ice machine. The room keys didn’t work properly.

Didn’t like the room keys didn’t work properly and I had to get them replaced 2 times and still didn’t work correctly. We asked for extra towels and there wasn’t any… people and staff were a bit loud at night time. The Gym door didn't work we couldn’t enter. No one knocked on the door I had the DO NOT DISTURB !! Sign on the door and they still attempted to open the door…
