Had to change rooms after we were unpacked and I was already in bed, due to non working fridge, bathroom fan and shower head. I was very disappointed in the way we were spoken to by the manager. The room was definitely not worth what we were charged with all the things wrong with it and have to move and the fridge didnt work in that room either! The manager was very short and ugly to my daughter in law. It wasnt our fault that nothing was functional in the room! My daughter in law wasnt hateful in any way. Just trying to get us a room with things that were functional. When the second rooms things didnt work, we were so frustrated, but knew saying anything to the manger in charge would just be useless. She said basically she had given up our options to choose from, so choose!
