Negatives: Keep giving good service

Negatives: The hotel was a little worn. Needed some updating. But things were clean and the staff was friendly.

Negatives: Room was older, outdated outlets, not convenient outlets, dishwasher didn’t work properly, not a lot of lights, not a fan of valet service, would prefer self parking.

Negatives: Noisy AC, balcony door very hard to open and close. The pool closes early, no room service, onsite restaurant very expensive and also closes early. Breakfast should be better for the cost of stay. Construction adjacent to property was way noisy.

Negatives: Balconies are tiny. No covered area to sit outside if it’s raining.

Negatives: Weren't told about parking fee, no overhead lights in the suite, breakfast hot items tasted off. Not their fault, but outdoor facilities closed due to Helena.

Negatives: There wasn’t a bellhop. I didn’t expect the entrance for the room to be outside. I was also a little worried after coming in the front door of the lobby, it takes serious man power to get the door open because it’s old. the bell carts were old and rusty. The elevator looked aged. Getting out the elevator the corridor to the room looks old. I was very surprised after walking in the room that it was actually nice, however after staying there you notice little things like the toilet tissue holder very shaky and old, the tub stopper was broken so my son couldn’t take a bubble bath like he wanted to. The valet parking seemed unnecessary and expensive even though the car was parked like right there just you walk out the hotel. We definitely could have done that ourselves. On the top of the $36-38 a day for parking there is also a resort fee of $30 a day and there are so many other taxes that booking.com does not mention.
