The bed in our suite had bed bugs. We took photos and have had this confirmed by an expert. We were moved to an inferior room that night and then moved again to another suite the following day. This was extremely disruptive because we had to move three times in the space of two days. Unfortunately the staff were not very helpful and the communications between staff was awful (one member of staff would make a promise about moving us to another suite and then other members of staff claimed they didn't know anything about this!! Total lack of communication. The hotel itself is quite nice, but this terrible experience has put us off ever staying at another Hilton hotel.

Beds were very uncomfortable. Basically felt like an old spring mattress. Our room was right after the automatic door on the 2nd level, could hear it open anytime someone hit the button. Wife said walls were thin, claims she heard someone take a "3 Minute Leak" at one point in the night.
