The room was musty and smelled of mold. The shampoo fixture was broken, the water in the shower ran out very slow and the carpet was dirty. The hall carpets were dirty and the elevator carpet was filthy. Blue tape all over the walls where it looked like some painting needed to be done. Very unhappy with the room for the price we paid. The side door had to be ripped open. And the hot tub was out of order.we had to get them to come and give sure towels. We were there for 4 nights. And you would think we might need more towels and toilet paper.
