Positives: Our room was very clean and spacious for the most part although I did have to dispatch a roach (my husband said it was a water bug) in the bathroom. The location was okay for accessing the beach and lounging on marina side was wonderful. Enjoyed the pool!
Negatives: Cheaper to book through resort. Had to walk up 1/4 mile and across street to access sister resort/main office/beach. Our balcony view was mostly of street rather than marina. Always heard traffic noise but less so behind property, away from road.

Positives: the staff was amazing very helpful , fast responding to my needs , they were very welcoming from the staff that checked me in I believe his name was tyrel to the young man who came immediately after I let them know my tv wasnt working and fixed the problem who name I think was Sheldon ( I could be wrong) who felt like I was talking to a old friend who also gave me a free late check out I really appreciated that it was very clean and comfortable also quiet and relaxing I rented the penthouse its spacious with all the amenities to kick back relax and enjoy THANK YOU BAYVIEW WATER RESORTS

Positives: I only like because the beach is close.
Negatives: I didnt enjoy it honestly, because for the amount I payed could of stay a better hotel. There was roaches in the hotel and the spot its terrible.
