The hotel was clean and the bed was comfortable.
Negatives:
The water pressure was not good in shower and sink. The restaurant was too expensive. The daily "resort fee" was too expensive because we didn't feel like the hotel was even a resort. The exterior doors don't have hinges so we heard slamming doors all night long. The ocean had a terrible odor and there were dead sea creatures on the shore line and in the shallow water going up and down the beach. The area was not very nice and seemed old.

My family and I were singled out at the pool, by a Caucasian worker. We were the ONLY BLACK PEOPLE at the pool and the ONLY PEOPLE there that were asked to show wristbands. The bands were obvious in plain sight. My daughter was in the pool with her baby and, I was sitting on the edge of the pool. I reported him to several employees.

The pool and the tiki bar were outside were perfect. The property wasn’t too big you get lost or too small. It has kid toys for the pool or beach which we loved to borrow to build sandcastles on the white powdered beach

Loved the pool & the cabanas (FREE!!) on the beach, made our stay much more enjoyable. Loved the staff, everyone was kind & accommodating. The food/drinks at both the beach bar and the coconut Charlies were delicious!
