Hotel cancelled my reservation without my consent. Had to pay twice for a room. 100 dollars more. Hotel said bookings cancelled my reservation. Won’t ever stay there again.

It was horrible since the beginning, I paid for a king bed and when I got there to check in they told me that they had to give me a bedroom with two queen beds. When I entered the room it was all dirty, it had bottles of pills every where, the bed sheets were nasty, etc. I asked for another room and they gave me another one with two queen beds that we had to join together in order to sleep together and when we separated the beds there were ROACHES all over the placs, it was NASTY. I am so disappointed with my stay at Quality Inn, never again.

a renovation of the rooms is overdue! So much is broken, partially a safety issue.
The receptionists were all friendly and helpful.

BED BUGS! Its dirty! Honestly I should have asked for a refund as soon as I saw the condition of walkways! I was rushing so I dropped off my items and left. I got back late and just crashed. The next morning is when I woke up itchy and noticed everything
