Great place in a pinch

The property had good wifi which allowed me to work remotely and enjoy my stay at the same time.
Negatives:
The property is in a drug infested area and promotes transients. The staff was very nasty and very unprofessional when I requested some sort of discount due to the ceiling leaking and falling all over the bed which rendered it useless. As I was not totally satisfied with the condition of the room, relocating at that particular moment was not possible due to me working at that time and I could not just leave my station that was set up in the room at that time. The next day, I was met by a sheriff and trespassed on the property due to me not paying on time. It was very embarrassing and traumatic for my family.

Couldn't get no towels no trash can for female products in bathroom, it was a holiday weekend and pool wasn't up and going cause it was just cleaned but no one could swim, so my kids were miserable, the staff, well the guy who checked me in was good, but the guy who was there the morning I had to check out was a joke, he don't need to be working there, and had the nerve to tel me I'm disrespectful,,,listen I'm the customer I didn't disrespect him at all, I was explaining how I tried for hours after I checked in to get towels and a trash can for the bathroom, and they never brought nothing, I even was trying to make their job easier, and went to office to get stuff myself, but still didn't get anything, then my kids couldn't swim the whole time we was there, on memorial weekend,,who closes their pool on a holiday weekend? Also my sister was with me and she slept on the bed next to the bathroom, and she got scabies,,,so this hotel is trash to me,,,this place was the only place she ever slept anywheres and got scabies,,,,,needs to be condemned in my opinion...very worst experience ever
