Positives: I don't recall asking for a quite room, I believe we requested near the elevator since my husband uses a walker & is 100 disabled veteran.

Negatives: There was a fire alarm on 7/22 at 6:30ish, AM, it happened that was my birthday. We were on the 5th floor, my husband is 100% disabled and when reservation was booked this info was included. We are both in our early 80's, We slowly made our way down the 5 flights of stairs, very slowly. No one was around to help us. Had the fire been larger we may not have survived.

Positives: The location

Negatives: I waited in a hot lobby sweating for 2 hrs waiting for my room to be ready, the uncertainty from staff as to when my room would even be ready was very stressful. I had been traveling all day and it was so hot. They said they didnt even know if my room will be ready at 4. I didn’t get to enjoy beach bc I didn’t get room until after 4pm. The AC was broken in room. It was 80 degrees the entire stay. I was there celebrating my daughters birthday.
