Room and bed were good. Check in was easy.
Negatives:
First night fire alarm went off at 1am. No announcement to leave or stay. Did not seen one employee anywhere to let us know what was going on. No one to tell us when or if we could go back in to our rooms! Sunday of stay no where to park because of a wedding on the premises.

The location is perfect, the beach bar is nice.
Negatives:
Hospitality, the staff are not friendly or forthcoming with information about check in time. The manger was aggressive with me when I asked to speak with her about the check in issues. The room was still full of trash from the previous guests that was still never removed four hours after I called the front desk. The pool never had towels and the bar staff were overly frustrated daily.

The cleaning staff didn’t sweep out the sand and one day I came back to my room and my door was wide open. I sat in the room for two hours with the door open and they never returned to shut the door. Anyone could have walked in. I was supposed to be in bldg 1 and ended up in bldg 4.

Our room was only cleaned after we asked twice. Due to the amount of sand the floors were uncomfortable to walk on. Staff at Rum Runners did not seem to be happy to be there each time we ate there
