The online images and descriptions were completely misleading, and the reality of the hotel fell far short of our expectations.
First and foremost, the condition of the rooms was deplorable. They were nothing like the pictures portrayed. We were met with outdated and poorly maintained accommodations that left us questioning the authenticity of the hotel's online representation. The furniture was old and worn, the carpet was stained, and the general state of cleanliness was far below acceptable standards.
Speaking of cleanliness, it's important to note that the cleaning of our room was subpar at best. We found evidence of prior guests in our room, and it was evident that the cleaning staff did not pay adequate attention to detail. This left us feeling uncomfortable and questioning the overall hygiene of the hotel.
