Shampoo dispenser system on the wall. the tv was big also

the breakfast bar was physically too small to accommodate all of the guests eating. Also, there was only one waffle machine. A number of guests were stuck standing there waiting for the machine, and other guests couldn't easily get past them.

Lack of communication :(
There elevator was not working ,and they did not reach out in advance . They inform u at check in. Another Guest said it was down the day before as well.
They wanted to put me on the 5th floor . With three suitcases and a bad knee & back .
Thankfully someone on the first floor had not checked in yet , so they put me in their room. So someone else got stuck !!!
Next time call your guest in advance !!! Also it was a huge hassel at check in because of this .
A discount would have been a good customer service gesture on the Managers part, so the ball was dropped there !!!!! Would have even taken the discount as a voucher toward a future stay .
The ac in my room was terrible , even the girl at the front desk could npt get it to work
