Negatives: Not being able to speak with management.

Negatives: The breakfast staff really needs a class on ethics. We booked our rooms through Booking. Com with the breakfast included. The staff member who was in charge of the breakfast dining was a seriously rude and arrogant individual. She was told on more than one occasion by my daughter that her room was booked with breakfast included as well as it was booked through booking.com with the breakfast included. She refused to honor the breakfast inclusion until the front desk clerk came over to explain to her that she was wrong and she was to honor it. By this time we were frustrated and didn’t want anything to do with this place. We checked out of this overpriced hotel that by the way charges $45 for valet parking and $25 a day after that. There is no free parking close by so you are basically at their mercy to park your car. The rooms are dated and are in need of some repairs. My daughter’s room had a ceiling panel which was brown and pushed upwards. The balcony was cracked up and didn’t appear to look in good shape as well as the musty smell the room had upon entering it. The shower soap was super and when I say super I mean super small. It only had enough in the little bottle to wash your face and nothing else. One last thing if you don’t expect much from a place like this you won’t be disappointed.

Negatives: Over priced, forced valet parking, unclean rooms, uncomfortable over used pillows dirty towel

Negatives: The beds were pretty firm, but overall a really like experience

Negatives: Nothing

Negatives: Construction site next door with early morning noise. Very noisy environment in the atrium. Swimming pool very cold even though it was supposed to be heated. Shuttle to beach cancelled even though the beach was open and people using it. Biggest issue was the food. Lack of understanding around coeliac disease resulting in contamination twice. No allergens listed and some items noted as gluten free were not safe. I also felt like a nuisance asking for help.

Negatives: It was next door to construction site.

Negatives: Parking for guest was an extra $46 a day. No room service. Long waits to get car from valet. Food service was understaffed. Didn't appear to be fully open. The location is good but congested.

Negatives: We got notice to evacuate 3 hours after we had unpacked and settled into a the room. I think it was unfair to have my 89 yr old husband and me, 84 yrs old to go through the effort of packing up again, finding a dolly , order for the car, tip the guy ., FOR NOTHING. If you even thought we might be evacuated you could have told people as we checked in.. that wasn’t fair or considerate, Sorry, I might not consider your hotel again.
