The location is great. Right across from the fort and easy to walk to everything in the historic district.
Negatives:
There is an additional fee to park on top of the already expensive room rate. Then there was the issue with the noise/music from a nearby bar . You are given a piece of paper explaining the proper procedure to make a complaint about the noise. The music did stop around 11:30.

The shower flooring (both main floor and shower floor) is not an appropriate tile to use in a water area (this is common that I've seen in a majority of hotels). It's slippery when wet.
