The staff is extremely friendly!! The lady at the front desk Saturday morning and the man Friday night when we checked in were awesome!!

The second night we had to switched rooms because I had to book separately we were undecided about staying both nights. The second night I was in room 210. I will not stay in that room again,. I heard Clanking all night long. Turns out we were above the laundry room. This woke me up every hour during the night.

Location of hotel was good. Room was clean. Decent breakfast.
Negatives:
Room was behind the kitchen where breakfast was served. Smells coming from there were brutal. Our room was right near a side entrance/exit that many people used. Always slammed shut. People yelling/screaming at all hours. Kept us up all night one night. If hotel was smart, they'd eliminate that room for reservations. No one would like it, believe me.

The staff was very friendly and the convenience of the beach basically being right out the back door was a huge bonus. The breakfast was wonderful. The shops were great and there were some really nice restaurants. It was a lovely experience and if we visit again, we will for sure book this hotel again. St. Augustine is beautiful and very clean.
