Location was good. Bed was ok . Room was ok.

This company needs some IT help badly. First check in took forever due to system. Then I had no internet. Was not showing I was even in the room I was in. Then finally got internet and it was sporadic. The TV had a Welcome screen with my name on it but would not get any channels. So no tv for the night as the desk clerk didn’t know how to fix that. For the price I paid I expected much better from Hampton Inns. Have stayed in many and this was the worst experience of any I stayed at. May have just been a fluke but the IT department can do better.
