I reserved 3 rooms we all paid separately at property but I was charged $399.98 for the deposit after we checked in and paid separately. I was told it would credit back at midnight but it took 3 days. Not a huge issue but to some it could be. The property was in the process of changing ownership and everything smelled like paint.

Great location! Close to trolley and Fountain of Youth. Our room was recently renovated and nice and clean.
Negatives:
They were undergoing renovations but it was not loud or disruptive. They also still provided a nice bagged breakfast in the lobby with a nice variety of fruit, baked goods, juice, water and coffee.

The location is great, close to the historical area. The renovated rooms are beautiful with great bathrooms. The AC worked perfectly and was not loud. Beautiful also renovated bathroom with great water pressure in the walk-in shower. The staff was very friendly and always smiling. Check-in was easy and fast.
Negatives:
There were still some renovations going on during our stay, so not everything looked great yet. Mostly, finishing touches were not done yet. But once it is finished, I am sure it will be beautiful.
We stayed in room 127 next to the rear exit. We could hear the door opening and closing all night when guests came in or out. Maybe soundproofing the room could be better.
