The front desk was amazingly nice! They went out of their way to answer any questions I had. Check out was nice and easy! The location sucked only bc of all the construction going on. Out of towers are not familiar with the location.

To walk into the room of 123;. Looks great when u first go in! Big bed, beautiful bathroom. Now, get settled in, unpack, and put things away.After settling in, u start realizing things and seeing things. Our room came with roaches AND gnats. The gnats attacked you EVERY TIME u went to use the bathroom sink. My earrings and necklace were stolen. I didn't say anything to the front desk bc I wanted to make sure I didn't leave them at home b4 I accused anyone. They aren't NOWHERE in sight. We stayed 3 nights, and our bed was NEVER made. They were in my room, and we had clean wash rags every day after we got home. It was dusty, the furniture in the bathroom. I accidentally spilled my dusting powder our first night. It was never swept up! The noise. ohhhhhhh, if u like quiet, this IS NOT your place... you can hear thru the walls as if u r in the other room. Sounds like u r sleeping right next to the highway. Please fix these issues and hire staff u AND I can trust. I'd like my earrings and necklace back, at least

From desk personal not friendly. Bathroom not properly clean. Bathtub couldn’t drain properly full of hair down drain, which I had to clean out. Hallways smell like marijuana, which reported to front desk and was told by front they don’t smell it.
