Beds are horrible and uncomfortable. Room & beds have not been renovated for 15 years I was informed. The A/C unit was broke in our room and leaking water all over the carpet. Tried switching to another room. A/C also didnt work correct blowing warm air.

The people who worked there, from the front desk to the Valet, those workers were amazing!

The room, the decor, the TV, streaming was virtually impossible, the room is straight out of 1997. It smelled old, like a mold smell.
