Postcard Inn On The Beach

Negatives: The hotel room smelled of mold and had paint peeling from the ceiling. In the middle of the night, the air conditioning stopped working. We booked a 3 person room, but the hotel was not prepared for us. We had to ask for an extra bed at the reception three times before it arrived, more than an hour later. It was way overpriced for what it offered. Overall, not a good experience. Not worth the money.

Negatives: The crowd of young kids on Friday and Saturday was a lot. Our things were messed with and stolen by kids on the beach while we were in the water. Our air conditioning stopped working overnight and the room was 80°

Negatives: For starters the WiFi did not work. The AC was crap and we smelled weed most of the stay due to all of the vents being connected. There was no wall decor like the photos. The place is outdated- the bathroom shower was so old. The bathtub and sink wouldn’t drain properly. There is no fan in the bathrooms. The mirrors are not sturdy- ours fell and I ended up cutting my foot. Staff did not clean anything up properly. Our mini fridge didn’t work and the staff person said he didn’t want to do any heavy lifting. We asked for a microwave and never received one. There was no ice available even though it stated they would provide it. No ocean view what so ever. You have to get out of your vehicle to use your wrist band to open the gate to get in and out. It’s highly over priced for something extremely outdated. I would never recommend this place nor stay here again!

Negatives: Not Family friendly at all!! Rooms Need major renovations, they falsely advertise this hotel and I feel that it is very overpriced. There was always a long line at the front desk and only 1 person working at the front. They play club music at the tiki bar and we stayed in a 1st floor room and could smell weed the whole time, we had our 2 young kids with us so that was awful. Would never stay there again.

Negatives: Rooms are a bit dated, but very nice. Good shower, bed really comfortable.

Negatives: Outside bar not open every night

Negatives: Loud, AC was broken, No hot running water. Maintenance had to be alerted, Dirty room with hair in bathtub and bedbugs. Manager on our second day moved us to another room.

Negatives: The room didn't look anything like the picture, needed updated. The room itself was clean and bathroom was nice but the floor and dresser were very worn, the little couch looked very stained and dirty. The parking was terrible. I wasn't aware that on Saturday they had a dj all day and they let people come in not staying at hotel so it was so packed we couldn't get a drink, food or a seat at pool or at beach. It was so loud and drunk people everywhere. A girl passed out. the ambulance was outside of our window with flashing lights one night. I wouldn't normally mind but I brought my mom there to relax for mothers day so I was disappointed. I picked this place because it looked like a cute small resort verses a big fancy one but it wasn't good. We had been traveling all day and wanted to come in and eat and relax and they told us they were too busy and backed up for anymore food orders. It was 3 in afternoon. The free beach chairs could only be placed in very back of beach so far away from water..the front row was fancy cabanas we could purchase for 150 extra. The menu to order drinks at the bar inside said $13 and it says that online also but we were charged $17 each drink and they said it was an old menu.

Negatives: Everything was great. Rooms are a little plain, nothing on the walls or in room except bed and chair to make it feel cozy

Negatives: Smokers at pool and right outside my door. The doors are not weather stripped and smoke came in.
