Postcard Inn On The Beach

Negatives: Smokers at pool and right outside my door. The doors are not weather stripped and smoke came in.

Negatives: Early playing of music, and power washing grounds

Negatives: Housekeeping left our room door open for hours while we were on the beach!! We walk up to our room, after the day on the beach, and our door is wide open. My purse was right there, all of our stuff just open to the public walking by. We went to the front desk and told them. All they said was, sorry. There was techno music being played by a DJ for 8 hours. It was all u could hear all day and until 9 pm.

Negatives: Room was not garden view like I booked, not clean, looked nothing like pics on website; old, dented, scratched furniture, bathroom disgusting. Staff - we were met by an angry and aggressive door security who yelled at people, bar staff unfriendly. Food - had a quesadilla that had less than half a tortilla full of meat and no condiments. Had to pay for beach umbrella when the crappy room already cost over $430 for one nite is ridiculous.

Negatives: I was going on a family vacation. The music from the club was so loud starting at 1 pm we could not nap or listen to the TV or rest due to the bass beating so loud in our room. They hosted a wedding that also played loud music in the courtyard ( which they say is very common)and the speakers were outside of our room again we could not go to bed or relax and watch TV until after 10 pm. Due to the loudness of the music. The AC would not go under 76 and we could not sleep, but so frustrated after waiting for the music to stop I didn't tell the hotel office until the morning, the manager didn't seem to care at all. My room bathroom was not cleaned before our checking in there were bottle tops on the floor of the shower and no shampoo/Conditioner. We had breakfast both Sat and Sun, both mornings our food was served cold. I heard other guests also complaining about their food being cold as well. There were a lot of people 4/20 friendly and I don't care but I don't want it going into my room where my family is.

Negatives: the room was not worth the price

Negatives: The room was very dated and was a little worn. The bathroom was in pretty bad shape and there was very little water pressure in the shower.

Negatives: The parking lot is a bit small, hard to find parking when we visited for spring break.

Negatives: We don't have any complaints!

Negatives: Rooms are not up to date or clean
