Positives: All in all it was okay but I probably wouldn?t stay there again. Parking was $25 a night. Hotel was clean.

Negatives: Had to move rooms: first room air conditioner leaked condensation & toilet stopped flushing. 2nd room much better than 1st except the dogs across from us unattended and barking and waking us up early in the morning and anytime you walked by the room.

Positives: The location. There was several dining options a few blocks away after I discovered Kitchen 305 was closed.

Negatives: No restaurants on the premises. My key did not work. I had to go back to the front desk several times to have my key rekeyed.

Positives: The location - right on the beach, was superb! Great partial ocean view from the balcony. Very reasonably priced for the location compared to other hotels in the area.

Positives: The location was great. The staff was pretty good. The prices were expected from a resort.

Negatives: There was insane noise on our floor until 3am. After repeated attempts to call security to quiet the unruly patrons down...it did not happen. The manager said he would credit me back some of the money but I haven't seen anything yet. Probably wont go back

Positives: Location of the hotel is really good.

Negatives: A lot of hidden fees that you are not told at the beginning. Front desk staff will yes however they do not follow through.
