The outdoors are nice, the hotel inside and the rooms are hot, ugly, outdated, dirty with rude staff and everything they sell is very expensive. Stay somewhere else don’t waste your money here.

Coffee was really good. Beds are comfortable! You find many things around the hotel. Beach access and the small pier was nice :)

I didn’t like the smell in the hallways or rooms. Mildew in the toilets & bathroom corners by the AC vents! definitely not worth the price charged. Will not recommend to anyone and will not stay there again. First & Last time

I stayed multiple times, I like the location mostly, the rooms are outdated but clean
Negatives:
Now the hotel sells daily to pases to non hotel guests, that arrives in the morning with coolers with drinks to the pool. when we checked in at 3:00 pm and went to the pool, there is no pool launches available for hotel guests, the only choice is cabanas at $200 a day or a new VIP area at $150 a day. This is not fair with guests like me, who pay for the stay and them can not use the pool

Basically, everything was fine, good location, lots of restaurants and shops nearby. Friendly staff, special thanks to the people who served my room

Every time I tried to get into my room, the key didn't work and I had to go back to the reception to fix it
