Very Noisy, staff on site were not helpful. Evening staff was much better. Lower floors extremely noisy … lots of street noise is not buffered in rooms. Furniture is delapidated, rooms smell musty … a bit like urine odor, hot water did not work - had to take cold shower and Air conditioning broke down in the middle of the night.

The bartender used her bare fingers to grab fruit garnishes for cocktails and used the same hand to scratch her head, nose, and handle money. It was disgusting. Wear a glove or use a tooth pick to pick up fruit that will be in someone’s drink, please!

The location was Great! The staff was customer friendly and very knowledgeable and attentive in their jobs. The stafff was also very helpful with advice in different areas and assisted everything very professional!
Negatives:
I didn't like that we were not warned of the construction taking place. I didn't realize that the Aloft was a pet friendly establishment. There was a period of time that the water was off and caused an inconvenience because we couldn't shower before our next event. Eventhough the room felt a little awkward we slept well. The only other issue was the bathroom and kitchen storage was not ideal for me. The room concept was just a bit awkward.
